Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return an item.
If you are not satisfied with any Love and Pamper product, we are happy to accept unopened/unused returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form.
Please note - When parcels arrive at our warehouse they must be set aside for 48 hours before processing can begin to ensure we’re following the government guidelines related to COVID-19. Therefore it may be 3-4 working days (excluding weekends) before you receive confirmation of receipt.
How do I return an unwanted order?
- The item/s must have been purchased from the Love and Pamper website.
- Go to our Returns Page for instructions on how to return an item.
- The item is returned in its original condition with the gift box and product safety seals in-tact.
- The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a copy of the return request.
- We recommend you obtain a proof of postage, which is available free of charge from the Post Office and retain for your records until the refund of your return has been processed.
- We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that fail to reach us, so please retain your proof of postage until our email confirming your refund has been processed.
How do I return a damaged, incorrect item?
- The item/s must have been purchased from the Love and Pamper website.
- Please contact customer services contact@loveandpamper.com. Attach an image of the damaged item together with your order ID.
- The incorrect item will need to be returned via the Post Office. Unfortunately, we are not able to have it collected from your home or business address.
- Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.
- If you had received a free item/product upon ordering during one of our promotional offers and would like to return your whole order, then you would also need to return the free gift/product back to us with the rest of your order for us to process your refund. Should you return your whole order, but keep the free gift/product, then the value price of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund of the rest of your order.
